Springfield IL Area Chapter, Association for Women
in Communications
The Association for Women in
Communications, Springfield Chapter, seeks promising communications
students for its annual scholarship award.
The $1,000
scholarship is made possible by an initial grant from the Sara Lee
Corp. and is open to juniors, seniors or graduate students majoring
in communications, journalism, public relations or related fields
with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a scale of 4.0. The award symbolizes
the commitment of the Association for Women in Communications,
Springfield Chapter, to education and continuing high
professional standards for the communications industry.
The AWC
Springfield Chapter is now soliciting applications for its
annual scholarship award.
Application deadline is Friday, March 12, 2010
and the winner will be announced
